STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION:
In the modern apartment Akragas home 2 you will find upon your arrival:

A first double bedroom equipped with a King size double bed with pillows and memory foam mattress (top of the range); a double sofa bed in the same room and also the possibility of adding a single bed always present in the accommodation.A first bathroom is attached to the bedroom and although it is external, it is independent from the other spaces of the house. In the room there are 2 balconies with a view of the center and a glimpse of the sea, as well as a window with consequent high brightness.

A second double bedroom, also equipped with a King size double bed with pillows and a memory foam mattress. Also in this room there is the possibility of adding a single bed always present in the accommodation. You will find a second bathroom attached to the room and this is also external but independent from the other spaces of the accommodation. In this room there is a balcony overlooking the center.

A very welcoming kitchen-living room, equipped with a beautiful and large glass table and a smart TV where you can spend a convivial or relaxing moment with friends and family, as well as the presence of two balconies with wonderful views of the historic center of Agrigento.
The kitchen is equipped with pots, cutlery, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need to cook as if you were at home!

The plus of the house is given by the presence of 2 bathrooms complete with large shower, bidet and washing machine (the latter present in one bathroom only) and various accessories.

The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room are completely independent and enjoy excellent privacy.

Both rooms can accommodate up to 8 people in total (plus possibly babies to be placed in the special cot always present in the accommodation equipped with sheets and mattress for the child).

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heat pumps for the winter!

Upon your arrival you will find your rooms ready for the night with excellent quality 100% cotton completely hypoallergenic sheets and duvets.

Inside the rooms you will find: courtesy welcome kit with shower shampoo, intimate hygiene, cap and bar of hand soap; a trio of towels for each guest (large, medium and small).

In the wardrobes of each of the bedrooms you will find: double sheets, double pillowcases and double pillows.

The apartment has been studied down to the smallest detail with design elements, to guarantee a welcoming environment and make sure you feel at home!

The gem of the house is given by the strategic position in the historic center of the famous Via Atenea of Agrigento (obviously given the position in the center of the city it is normal to expect a bit of noise given by the nightlife mostly on weekends) and also by the fact that it is equipped of all the comforts necessary for a stay of a few days, but also for a long term (max 29 days beyond which reservations will always be accepted but a transitional contract must be signed at the time of check-in)

ACCESS FOR GUESTS

From one room of the apartment you have a viewon via Pirandello and via Atenea (centre) where you can see the bell tower and the church of the Immacolata and many places of Agrigento's nightlife; furthermore from the same room there is a splendid view of the city and a glimpse of the sea.

From the kitchen/living room and the other bedroom you have a view of the magical historic center, which is also full of nightlife venues in both summer and winter!

- PARKING

Outside Via Atenea there are numerous car parks on the street (on the blue lines) and in the police station forecourt, just a 5-minute walk from the property. Furthermore there is a guarded multi-storey paid car park in via Empedocle 29, just 10 minutes away on foot.(in chat I will give you all the information you need to easily park your car 5 minutes walk from the property!)

- IMPORTANT INFO

In any case, the use of the apartment is for the exclusive use of your reservation and the spaces will not be shared with anyone else.

The reservation for TWO PEOPLE includes the use of ONLY ONE of the rooms; To use both rooms you must book for a minimum of THREE PEOPLE.

In the event that there are SPECIAL REASONS it is possible to request the opening of the other room by requesting it via WhatsApp chat by paying a small supplement at the time of the request equal to the cost of management and cleaning of the second room (with regard to the booking for 2 people) .

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

THE TOURIST TAX EQUAL TO 1 euro per person for the first 4 days of the stay as required by the municipal regulation of Agrigento, IS NOT INCLUDED in the rate paid and must be paid to the host at the time of check-in or check-out !

CLEANING FEES for each stay ARE INCLUDED in the rate paid!

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is located on the third floor without a lift and in the historic center of Agrigento and in the center of the nightlife (Via Atenea); near it there are many shops, bars, restaurants, ATMs and the Pirandello theatre. Given the central location of the apartment and the presence of the aforementioned activities, it is likely that you will hear some noise in the evening.

It is also only 6 minutes from Viale della Vittoria and the main churches of: San Calogero, Cathedral, Santa Maria dei Greci, Monastery of Santo Spirito etc.

A 10-minute walk from the Pirandello Theater and the Statue of Luigi Pirandello.

Next to the entrance door of the condominium, there is a statue of the famous writer Andrea Camilleri.
