ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION

Medium Modern apartment in the famous historic center of Agrigento, where you can enjoy the right mix of history and art by day, and nightlife in the evening.
The apartment is composed as follows:

-1 very welcoming entrance
-1 kitchen – open space living room
-1 bathroom
-2 connecting double bedrooms equipped with all comforts

Located in the center of Agrigento, a few minutes walk from most of the city's attractions, and a few km by car from the main points of interest in the province

SPACE

In the MID-MODERN Akragas Home apartment, you will feel like you are staying in the ancient city of Agrigento but with some signs of modernity that will take you into the current era.

All spaces (bathroom, kitchen - living room, two bedrooms) have a balcony overlooking the valley of the temples and the sea!

The first double bedroom is provided with a queen size bed with pillows and memory foam mattress (top of the range).

The second double bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and this also has a memory foam mattress and pillows.

The rooms are partially independent since in order to enter the second room it is necessary to cross the first room.

Both rooms can accommodate up to 4 people in total (plus possibly babies to be placed in the cot provided in the accommodation).

Upon your arrival you will find your rooms ready for the night with excellent quality 100% cotton completely hypoallergenic sheets and duvets.

Inside the rooms you will find: courtesy welcome kit with shower shampoo, intimate hygiene, cap and bar of hand soap; a trio of towels for each guest (large, medium and small).

In the wardrobes of each of the bedrooms you will find: double sheets and pillowcases and double pillows.

Furthermore, in both rooms there is a small corner with a desk where you can work in total privacy.

The kitchen - living room, which represents the heart of the apartment, is a real pearl having the right mix of modern and antique and being equipped with all the necessary appliances such as: coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator etc...; it is also very bright and has a balcony.

There is a table where you can spend a convivial moment sharing a lunch or dinner with friends, as well as a comfortable modern sofa where you can relax with a smart television.

There is a bathroom with all toilets and a deluxe shower cubicle, a balcony and a washing machine and it is really very welcoming.

The apartment has been studied down to the smallest detail with design elements, to guarantee a welcoming environment and make sure you feel at home!

The gem of the house is given by the strategic position in the historic center of the famous Via Atenea of Agrigento and boasts extreme silence despite the position! Furthermore, it is, in fact, equipped with all the necessary comforts both for a stay of a few days, but also for a long term (max 29 days beyond which bookings will always be accepted but a transitional contract must be signed at the time of check-in) .

ACCESS FOR PEOPLE

The apartment has a view of the sea and the valley of the temples, where you can admire magnificent sunsets and moments of relaxation.

- PARKING

Outside Via Atenea there are numerous car parks on the street (on the blue lines) and in the police station forecourt, just a 5-minute walk from the property. Furthermore there is a guarded multi-storey paid car park in via Empedocle 29, just 10 minutes away on foot.(in chat I will give you all the information you need to easily park your car 5 minutes walk from the property!)

- IMPORTANT INFO

In any case, the use of the apartment is for the exclusive use of your reservation and the spaces will not be shared with anyone else.

The reservation for TWO PEOPLE includes the use of ONLY ONE of the rooms; To use both rooms you must book for a minimum of THREE PEOPLE.

In the event that there are SPECIAL REASONS it is possible to request the opening of the other room by requesting it via Airbnb chat by paying a small supplement at the time of the request equal to the cost of management and cleaning of the room (with regard to the booking for 2 people) .

OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

THE TOURIST TAX EQUAL TO 1 euro per person for the first 4 days of the stay as required by the municipal regulation of Agrigento, IS INCLUDED in the rate paid!

CLEANING FEES for each stay are included in the rate paid!

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is located on the first floor (there are only 10 steps to reach the property) without a lift and in the historic center of Agrigento and in the center of the nightlife (Via Atenea); near it there are many shops, bars, restaurants, ATMs and the Pirandello theatre.

Despite the central location and the presence of the aforementioned activities, the apartment is VERY QUIET with a relaxing environment.Furthermore, it is only 6 minutes from Viale della Vittoria and the main churches of: San Calogero, Cathedral, Santa Maria dei Greci, Monastery of Santo Spirito etc.

A 10-minute walk from the Pirandello Theater and the Statue of Luigi Pirandello.
